The Eazel Shiraz is sourced from the Barossa Valley in South Australia. This Shiraz has had some old American Oak treatment as well as old French Oak giving the wine interesting but subtle smokey characters complimenting the ripe berries and obvious patient and kind wine making style. This vintage was generous in this region allowing the vines to flourish.
Meaning “Boys Hunt” in Indigenous Australian “Boori Boobookan” is part of a collection by Australian Artist Kurun Warun and represents the Artist and his two boys hunting along the Hopkins River.
We believe at Eazel Wines that expression through Art, Wine making and story telling is a true representation of Australian culture and identity.
