Hand Picked from September 11th to 30th
Fermentation in: Stainless steel vats at 18-20° C for 8-12 days and then 70% Malolactic fermentation. The ensuing wine rests in stainless steel up to time of bottling, around the month of April subsequent to harvest.
Straw yellow with lemon hues; the nose is ample and intense, showing distinct varietal traits; in youth, it is reminiscent of acacia flowers, then evolves to become spicy and complex. Dry, full and rich on the palate, with that slightly bitterish finish recalling almonds, typical of the Friulano grape.
